Responsibilities:
- Operates of all recruitment, performance management, talent management, position backups, employee development, recruitment, dismissal and discipline processes for related business units of the company by following the standards and procedures determined in accordance with the labor law.
- Controlling, operating and reporting the recruitment, promotion and internal transfer processes of the business units within the approved budget limits..
- Develops effective business relationships with the employees of the unit by providing general operational and strategic Human Resources Business Partner support throughout the units and solves complex employee relations problems in accordance with labor law by managing them. Carries out the relevant internal communication process.
- Reduces legal risks and ensures compliance with the legislation of all operations by having in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements related to the daily management of business units employees
- Carries out and supports all recruitment operations processes such as looking for resumes, making phone calls and organizing interviews through career portals..
- Completes reference checks for all positions within the recruitment process and reports to top manager.
- Executes recruitment processes open positions by following up recruitment plan determined according to the needs of related business units.
- Makes data entries and prepares reports by managing the payroll process of related business units.
- Supports HR procedure development processes. Keeps procedures up-to-date and makes needful process improvements.
- Makes workforce plans and executes operations for partner departments according to company strategy and objectives.
- Supports employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes.
- Being the first point of contact for all employees in related business units which are responsible for regarding all processes, systems and applications carried out by the Human Resources Department..
- Takes necessary legal action for certain personnel situations that are contrary to procedures and regulations in related business units,
- Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports requested by top managers according to Human Resources criterias.
- Takes an active role in Human Resources projects and supports improvements of all Human Resources activities and processes.
- Supports all Human Resources team in daily operational tasks.
- Helps to employees for their adaptation to changes.
- Works for minimizing problems arising from human and interpersonal relations.
- Provides guidance, coaching and counseling to employees regarding their personal and professional problems if necessary.
- Follows up the legal regulations related to Human Resources and fulfills the requirements within the company.
- Ensures that human resources are utilized in the most effective way in line with company objectives..
- Supports other team members in HR operation processes if necessary.
- Follows and takes advantage of all training & development opportunities for his own personal and professional development.
- Fulfills different duties with professional accountability, which are assigned from senior managers, in compliance with the objectives and contents of his job description.

Qualifications
- Having a Bachelor degree from relevant departments of reputable universities. MBA diploma will be asset.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Having advanced level of both written and spoken English.
- Having advanced knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law.
- Well commander of MS Office and ERP programs.
- Having strong documentation, feedback and reporting features with attention to details.
- Analytical and creative thinker and having a problem solving skills.
- Having strong planning and organizational skills.
- Being regular, follower and having strong reporting ability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational studies, or Business Management
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Excellent organizational skills, analytic mindset and high capacity for collaboration
